IHG Hotels & Resorts - 6750 Main Street - Responsibilities: Patrol and inspect assigned areas including all public areas of the property, meeting rooms, entrances and outside building and grounds; Monitor surveillance cameras and check areas for unauthorized persons or vehicles and coordinate towing of vehicles; Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest related incidents, questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction; Complete documented reports in accordance to Company and hotel policies and procedures; Maintain security procedures and audit/department logs (lost and found, guest valuables, key control, emergency procedures) and assist with ensuring doors are secured
