Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities: Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup; Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed; Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks; Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training; Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance
