Encore Global - - Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations including scheduling and equipment setups, operation, and strikes.; Manage location P & L and develop action plans to address deficiencies and grow the business.; Deliver World-Class Service by cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers and venue personnel.; Prepare and present quotes and proposals; collaborate with vendors and other departments to service events.; Provide on-site technical guidance and assist on the floor with operations as needed.
