Houston Methodist - 18220 State Highway 249 - Responsibilities: Performs basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing, carpentry and painting repairs/requests as appropriate.; Performs preventative maintenance inspections including HVAC, electrical and plumbing as appropriate.; Communicates effectively with patients, family members, medical staff, co-workers and other hospital personnel to contribute to the quality of the work environment.; Assists other technicians and associated personnel in maintaining the operation of the central plant(s) and daily operations of the facility.; Prepares and documents work orders and follows up to ensure timely completion.
