Houston Methodist - 18400 Katy Freeway - Responsibilities: Assists in inspections on a routine basis and identifies maintenance opportunities and escalates appropriately.; Retrieves repair parts, shop tools and other items as specified and assists with daily operations of the facility.; Assists with general maintenance repair and preventative maintenance inspections to include HVAC, electrical and plumbing, as appropriate, in compliance with codes, ordinances and statutes.; Follows safety standards, policies and procedures established for the department and hospital and conducts all procedures accordingly.; Assists with capturing accurate and complete documentation of work orders.
