IHG Hotels - - Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.; Notify supervisor when service is complete and report rooms needing service.; Monitor and control supplies and amenities; minimize waste.; Respond to guest complaints and fulfill special requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction.; Follow safety procedures and assist with deep cleaning or turndown duties as assigned.
