HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts - - Responsibilities: Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas; Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies; Respond to guests' queries and resolve guest complaints within scope of responsibilities; Update status of guest rooms on assignment sheet; Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end
