About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts.

Responsibilities

• Must be licensed in the State of Texas
• Must have at least 5-10 years of experience
• Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts
• Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

Required Skills

• Commercial litigation experience
• Trial experience in federal and state courts

Preferred Skills

• Banking and/or bankruptcy experience
