We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Program Manager to serve as the organization's primary steward of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full lifecycle of our SAP ecosystem — from day-to-day operations and end-user support to strategic roadmap planning, vendor management, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional with deep functional expertise across Finance (FICO), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain — someone who is equally comfortable leading a steering committee meeting as they are reviewing configuration settings or troubleshooting a process issue on the shop floor. This role requires a confident project manager, a clear communicator, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the organization's SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment across all manufacturing sites.
• Define and maintain the SAP program roadmap, aligning it with business strategy, operational needs, and available resources.
• Establish and manage SAP governance structures, including steering committees, change advisory boards, and project prioritization frameworks.
• Own the SAP program budget, including software licensing, third-party vendor contracts, training, and project investments.

SAP Operations & Internal Support

• Oversee day-to-day SAP system health, performance, and availability across all sites.
• Manage internal SAP support functions, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and process questions from end users.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Program Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role overseeing SAP environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) — including GL, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules (e.g., PP, MM, WM/EWM, SD, QM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, including release cycles, configuration capabilities, and cloud-specific constraints and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional SAP projects on time and within budget in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning tools, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to translate technical topics for executive audiences and business concepts for technical teams.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across a multi-site environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing SAP in a discrete or process manufacturing environment with multiple production facilities.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, or middleware integration tools.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology for implementations and upgrades.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks. xywuqvp
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
