Selected candidate must reside in Houston, Texas.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Regularly visit clients and customers to maintain customer network and develop new relationships for new opportunities in partnering with the sales teamLead a team of Field Service Engineers, and Field Service Supervisor, be responsible for their training and professional development; establish goals and objectives; lead the recruitment process to bring the right candidates to your teamDrive P&L and operational performance around safety, compliance, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, first time fix rate, employee satisfaction, and expense linesWork closely with coordination team to facilitate daily activities such as preventative maintenances (PM), modifications (MOD) and balancing daily service-call workloadManage and resolve high‑pressure customer issues, including product performance issues and technical escalationsThe selected candidate will possess the following:Knowledge of customer relationships and customer satisfaction methodologiesWorking knowledge of field customer support, service contracting, and all its related sub fieldsThe essential requirements of the job include:Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experienceA minimum of 3 years' experience in people management of direct reportsTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel up to 20% within Houston, Texas.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Previous 5+ years' experience managing people.Knowledge of the medical diagnostic industry - specifically its trends, pitfalls and challengesKnowledge of diagnostic analyzers – specifications and performance standards and U.S. healthcare legislationThe annual salary range for this role is $110,000.00- $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
