Senior Applications Analyst (Epic Beacon) A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with Epic Beacon expertise to support oncology-focused systems and drive high-impact technology initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing clinical workflows and delivering innovative IT solutions across complex healthcare environments. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Beacon modules Analyze business and clinical requirements to design effective system solutions Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements and upgrades Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing application support Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and technical teams Support oncology and transfusion-related workflows within large health systems Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity Participate in system design, validation, and documentation efforts Qualifications: Epic Beacon Certification required Experience working in oncology and/or transfusion scheduling environments preferred Background in large health systems or university medical centers strongly preferred Strong experience with EHR systems implementation and support Ability to manage complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
