Job Title: Manager – AI & Data Professional Location: Remote - Client travel required (~20-30%) Type: Contract to Hire Applications without a GitHub link and Claude demo project will not be reviewed. Why this role stands out: ✔ Own AI strategy end-to-end (0 → deployment) ✔ Work directly with C-suite stakeholders ✔ Build real solutions (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI) — not just slides ✔ Operate under Head of AI & Data — high visibility, high impact ⚡ What you'll actually do: ✔ Lead 2–4 client engagements in Financial Services ✔ Run executive workshops & AI strategy sessions ✔ Build & deploy Claude-powered AI solutions ✔ Design RAG pipelines, agent workflows & automations ✔ Act as trusted advisor + hands-on engineer ️ Tech Stack: ✔ Python (production-grade) ✔ Anthropic Claude API (must-have) ✔ RAG, Agentic AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) ✔ AWS / Azure / GCP ✔ Vector DBs + API integrations We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has 5–8 yrs across AI engineering + client advisory ✔ Can present strategy AND write clean code ✔ Has real projects on GitHub (non-negotiable) ✔ Has built a working Claude demo (must-have) Non-Negotiable Requirements: ✔ Public GitHub Profile Real projects only (no forked tutorials) → Clean code, strong commits, solid READMEs ✔ Claude Demo Project (Must-Have) → Built using Anthropic Claude API → Should showcase prompt engineering + tool use/RAG → Must solve a real-world problem (not a basic chatbot) ✔ Additional Portfolio Project → Show depth across AI engineering → Examples: RAG system, agent workflow, AI pipeline, or production deployment ➕ Bonus (Strongly Preferred): ✔ Brief case study (1–2 pages) → Problem you solved → What you built → What worked / what didn't → Final outcome Reality check: This role is for builders.
