What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth of key accounts, target margins, new plant sales, new product sales
  • Customer satisfaction scores, supplier rankings Quality of business reviews, relationship depth
  • Account team formation, key account plans, documenting success stories, marketing, training, system setup
