Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred. Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred. Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13-week assignment. Position Type: Physical Therapist providing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient/family education.
