Cycle Counter - 1st SHIFT

Advance Services inc. is hiring experienced Cycle Counter for the northwest Houston "climate controlled" plant. performing accurate physical counts of inventory, including Company-owned, Supplier-owned, and Customer-owned items. This role ensures inventory integrity by reconciling counts and updating records in the ERP system. The position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor and requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and comfort with numbers.

Shift is Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.

Pay $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts of inventory locations to maintain accurate records.
  • Accurately enter data into the ERP system and generate variance reports.
  • Complete all required documentation thoroughly and on time.
  • Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed to access inventory.
  • Understand material flow and follow multi-step instructions.
  • Assist with audits, posting transactions, and other clerical or warehouse tasks.
  • Participate in required training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
