Our client is currently seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst in Houston, TX!Senior Net Revenue AnalystLocation: Houston, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Wednesdays)Salary Range: $99,000–$130,000Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst with deep expertise in Kodiak (Crowe) to join the Net Revenue team. This role plays a critical part in supporting monthly financial close activities, analyzing complex revenue data, and guiding organizational leaders through meaningful financial insights. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, extensive net revenue experience, and a solid understanding of reimbursement structures across commercial and government payors.This is a lead‑level role that also serves as a mentor and resource to junior analysts, contributing to cross‑departmental initiatives and supporting enterprise‑wide revenue integrity.Principal AccountabilitiesServe as a lead‑level analyst and mentor to less experienced staffSupport the monthly financial close process, including:Ensuring data accuracyPreparing trend modelsResearching rate variancesPreparing journal entries and reconciliationsAnalyze and interpret financial data to identify trends for leadership decision‑makingContribute to the development of accounting reserve methodologiesPrepare schedules for external financial reporting, including auditorsUnderstand revenue cycle dependencies and reimbursement impacts on net revenuePrepare managed care contract performance trend reportsCollaborate with finance executives and cross‑functional teamsSupport net revenue software implementations and departmental projectsStay informed on regulatory and reimbursement changesActively participate in the Crowe RCA user communitySupport professional development and uphold Memorial Hermann service standardsPerform other duties as assignedMust‑Have RequirementsKodiak (Crowe) experience7+ years of net revenue experienceRevenue accounting expertiseKnowledge of commercial and government payor reimbursement structuresMinimum QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred)Advanced degree preferredCPA preferredExperience & SkillsMinimum 7 years of net revenue experienceKodiak (Crowe) experience is required — non‑negotiableStrong revenue accounting knowledgeAnalytical skills sufficient to provide meaningful net revenue insightsWorking knowledge of reimbursement structures for commercial and government payorsExperience retrieving data from systems such as:ExcelLawsonEPSICrowe RCA
