Treasury Management Relationship Manager

At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new treasury management business and expanding existing business relationships. Primary responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting regularly with relationship managers, calling on prospective and current clients, working with product management partners, conducting treasury services relationship reviews, presenting product training, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and seven years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience, or a high school diploma or GED and eight years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience. Skills and competencies include strong negotiating abilities, demonstrated leadership abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience developing others as a mentor/leader, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen.

Position type is full time. Compensation details include a pay range target based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
