Role Description

The Vice President of Landscape Construction will oversee and manage all facets of landscape construction operations, ensuring project delivery exceeds client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. Key responsibilities include supervising site planning, managing budgets, leading project teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. xywuqvp The VP will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align projects with organizational goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Construction, Construction Management, and Landscape Construction
  • Strong experience in Project Management with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for large-scale projects
  • Proven ability in Contract Negotiation and vendor relationship management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in the landscape or construction industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations
