Industrial Craftsmen support production activities, execute key field tasks, and help ensure high‑quality results on every project.Compensation & BenefitsPay ScaleBase Hourly Pay: $21.25 – $23.23 per hourTravel Pay: Additional $5.00 per hour for travel timeDaily Per Diem: $45/day while travelingOvertime Eligibility: Yes, in accordance with federal and state lawBenefitsPaid hotel accommodations (kitchenettes where available)Complimentary hotel breakfast when provided40 hours of paid leave after 90 days (eligible for payout)Extra PTO after 3 years2 Paid Holidays + time‑and‑a‑half if working on a holiday401(k) with company match after one year of serviceAccess to Corporate Chaplains & Care Fund Loan supportStop Work Authority for every employeeEligible for company health benefits after 60 daysPrimary ResponsibilitiesPrepare job surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface profilingApply primers, coatings, paint systems, or flooring materials using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or trowelsFollow production and quality expectations set by Foremen and Project ManagersMaintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure safe and efficient operationAssist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and organizationInspect work for accuracy and adherence to specificationsSupport safety practices, including hazard reporting and correct PPE usagePerform work in confined spaces after required certificationWork effectively with team members to complete tasks on scheduleRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in industrial coatings, painting, flooring, or related tradesHands‑on experience using industrial tools and power equipmentBasic Plus Certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility and willingness to travel nationally for extended periods (4–5 months based on workload)Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, bend, and work safely in demanding industrial conditionsStrong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to quality craftsmanshipPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)NCCER CertificationOSHA 10Confined Space CertificationWho Thrives In This RoleIdeal candidates are hardworking, safety‑conscious, and eager to develop their industrial skills.
