Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (experience within real estate or related services is a plus) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to clearly explain complex real estate documentation services Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software Knowledge of real estate processes, title work, or transaction coordination is beneficial but not required
