We are seeking a highly qualified Sr. Accountant with strong accounting and finance experience, including a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate should demonstrate full ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance activities and be committed to strengthening our accounting infrastructure while overseeing financial operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Lead the management, execution, and day-to-day review of all accounting operations through to the Month-End close.
• Financial Control: Perform detailed review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Audit & Compliance: Provide comprehensive support during internal and external audits; maintain relationships with national and international law organizations and regulatory bodies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as a key point of contact for internal support across all areas of the company, ensuring financial alignment with business operations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous strengthening of the accounting infrastructure and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Languages: Advanced level of English (mandatory for global coordination).
• Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar Senior Accountant position.

Technical Skills:

• Accounting Standards: Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and high level of knowledge in PGC (Plan General Contable).
• Systems: Advanced proficiency in SAP.
• Software: Advanced use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).

Regular Interlocutors:

• Internal: FIN Department, Production Department, Legal Department, and cross-functional teams (Treasury, AR, etc.).
• External: External advisors (legal/tax/accounting), Customers, and Suppliers.
