Commercial Escrow Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing new commercial accounts
• Maintain escrow records and files and acts as escrow agent
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned commercial customers and brokers. Provides high level of customer service and develops ongoing referrals from existing customers and brokers
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database
• Reviews escrow reports against escrow records to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to shift priorities easily
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Service
• Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology
