Front Office Manager

VALiNTRY is seeking a highly experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager for a four-star hotel to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional service that aligns with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage daily operations, develop team members, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Location: Houston, TX. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including the Front Desk and Guest Services teams
• Ensure all guest interactions meet or exceed Hilton brand standards and service expectations
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate front office staff to maintain high performance and professionalism
• Manage team scheduling, review payroll, and control departmental labor costs
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests to deliver personalized service
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to support hotel operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback, implementing improvements when necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office management experience in a full-service or four-star hotel environment
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong commitment to customer service with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
