We're hiring a Senior Case Evaluation Specialist to play a key role on our Case Evaluation Team (CET)—the group responsible for evaluating and signing new personal injury cases.

This is a hands-on, senior-level position for someone with strong experience in intake or case evaluation who also enjoys coaching others, improving systems, and driving consistent performance. You'll work side-by-side with leadership to help elevate the entire team.

$60,000 + performance-based bonuses

What You'll Do

• Handle and convert inbound leads with a focus on quality, consistency, and results
• Serve as a go-to resource for the team by answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day operations
• Coach and mentor team members on intake best practices, follow-up, and communication
• Help monitor and improve key performance metrics, including: sign-up rate, speed-to-lead, and follow-up compliance
• Assist with maintaining and improving scripts, workflows, and processes
• Work closely with the Case Evaluation Manager to ensure team performance stays on track
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in personal injury intake, case evaluation, or a similar high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of what drives case conversions and client trust
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with metrics and performance tracking
• Natural coach—patient, clear communicator, and willing to help others improve
• Process-driven mindset—you value consistency and doing things the right way
• Team-first attitude with the ability to lead by example

Who We Are: Mike Agruss Law was founded in 2012. Since then, we have grown to 25+ employees. Our personal injury practice focuses on car crashes, premises liability, dog bites, and other injury cases. Year over year, we have grown both in case volume and gross revenue. In 2025, we signed up 975 new cases, settled over $17 million dollars in cases, and donated 2,700 backpacks, 300 winter coats, 500 winter hats, and 500 pairs of winter gloves.

Compensation details: 60000-60000 Yearly Salary
