Role Details:

• Position: TETC Site Director

• Location: Houston, Texas

• Team: Manage and lead a team of 7–10 staff members

• Scope: Oversee daily operations, student engagement, and program execution

What you'll do:

• Lead student recruitment efforts in partnership with schools and community organizations

• Oversee programs that enhance academic achievement and engineering skills

• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners

• Drive team performance, culture, and program success

• Develop strategies, budgets, and implementation plans for the Center

What we're looking for:

• Passion for education and student success, especially in underserved communities

• Experience leading teams and delivering measurable outcomes

• Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills

• Background in education, nonprofit, or service-oriented environments

Preferred:

• Master's degree in education or related field

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Experience with education programs or startups
