You'll have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team focused on designing state of the art structures within Advanced Facilities. Grow your skill level as you work among a collaborative and innovative team of designers and engineers of multiple disciplines. You'll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You'll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models. Come join our team and support structural design services in the electronics industrial field through Revit modeling and CAD design and have a hand in transforming tomorrow.

You'll also have the chance to provide leadership for a large team of designers, establishing project standards and procedures, training and developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale. You'll also coordinate the work of the designer team, assigning work, balancing workloads, monitoring progress towards deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Here's what you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
  • At least 3 year Revit experience
  • At least 5 years AutoCAD design experience
  • Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • At least 12 years drafting/designer experience in the structural field
  • At least 4 years Revit experience
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or general industrial facilities
  • Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
  • Experience leading a team of Designers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $110,800.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
