Hydraulic Field Service Technician - Channelview Texas

Responsibilities:

• Conducting service calls
• Inland and/or Offshore majors
• Inland and/or Offshore surveys
• Maintaining a high level of communication and service to our customers
• Responsible for equipment and consumables for the job and any items to complete the task(s) asked of them
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the technician's vehicle
• Responsible for helping keep the shop area clean

Project Management:

• Work with the Hydraulic Service Manager, Division Manager, and/or Office Coordinator on scheduling repair and re-man projects to ensure projects are completed on time
• Responsible for letting the Service Manager know if help is needed on projects to complete the repairs in the allotted time

Inventory and Recording:

• Responsible for ensuring all parts taken from inventory is written down, and all paperwork is turned into the Inventory Department
• Responsible for ensuring all parts not used on the job are returned to the Inventory Control Department

Qualifications:

• Education (High School or GED Diploma)
• Practical Experience
• TWIC Card
• Valid Driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine service industry
• Good communication skills
