Location: 77054 Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Employment Status: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Painter to support one of our Houston-area properties. This is a full-time role. The ideal candidate has strong experience in interior and exterior painting and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and masking
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned
• Ensure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standards
• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate progress and supply needs to property leadership
• Protect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfaces
• Perform basic drywall patching and texture matching where needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional painting experience
• Proficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
