Customer Experience Representative — Fix Auto Houston | Houston, TX

We're looking for a people-first, high-energy customer experience rep to own the customer journey at one of Houston's leading collision repair shops.

This is not a receptionist role. You'll be the voice of our shop — from the first call to the final review request. You follow up without being asked. You communicate clearly and confidently by phone and text. You make people feel taken care of when they're stressed.

What you'll own:

  • Inbound calls and booking estimate appointments
  • Proactive customer updates throughout the repair process
  • Coordinating photo and video updates with the production team
  • Delivering a five-star experience at every touchpoint
  • Driving Google reviews at vehicle delivery

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in hospitality, retail, medical front office, or BDC
  • Strong phone presence — this is a high-call-volume role
  • Comfortable with texting platforms and basic CRM tools
  • Organized, self-motivated, follows through every time
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Compensation: $18–$22/hr + performance bonus tied to results
