The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Executive and Management team and providing general administrative support to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy. Manage scheduling and travel plans for upper management. Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence. Create and update databases and records for personnel and other data.
