Facility Operations & Maintenance. Ensure continuous operation of all facility systems through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and proactive vendor management. Monitor and adjust systems using the Building Automation System (BAS), identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain an adequate inventory of parts, equipment, and supplies to support ongoing repairs and operations. Systems & Technology.
