MWD Shop Technician

• Seeking a MWD Shop Technician must have mechanical skills to be able to to assemble and disassemble components using torches, barrel wrenches, and other power and hand tools.

Will help with inventory of tools, cleaning of areas/shop, and assist in other areas needed.

Experience operating a forklift is a plus but not required.

Experience with mud motors or similar is needed.

The position I need filled is for an entry level or experienced MWD Shop Technician.

The responsibilities/duties are as followed.

Assembly and Disassembly of MWD components using specialized barrel wrenches Inventory of Tool boxes Must have a valid drives license Use of a volt meter Drive forklift (not required, they will do a test with them there and train on site) xpxfdfd On call one week out of the month Maintaining safe and clean work area Steel toe boots and Safety glasses require Using torch to heat components Basic computer skills Must be able to lift 50lbs Standing for extended period of time Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
