Job description:
* Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation.
* Define scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
* Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure projects stay on track.
* Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
* Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
* Recommend process improvements and support PMO maturity initiatives.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of project management experience (10+ preferred).
* Strong understanding of PMI methodologies (scope, schedule, cost management).
* Experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelors degree preferred.
* PMP or similar certification strongly preferred; Agile certification a plus.
