Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Remote Mon/Fri, onsite Tues-Thurs in Chicago, Dallas, Austin or Houston. The Lead ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the ServiceNow platform for our organization. You will be the most senior ServiceNow Engineer we have in a global organization of several thousand employees. As such, you'll need to be capable of overseeing the entire ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring its smooth operation, and driving continuous improvement.
