Primary Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair on diesel and natural gas generators.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair generator components, including alternators, wiring, switches, and batteries.
• Conduct load bank testing, preventive maintenance, and system start-ups.
• Apply advanced technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, and reassembly of engines.
• Identify problems, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Perform on-site maintenance and repair work at customer locations.
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on generator experience (mechanical and electrical).
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing diesel and natural gas systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
• Must pass MVR, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
