We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth in the renewables and data center markets. This senior role offers autonomy to define and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and close high-value deals for our solar and storage solutions. You will operate in a highly competitive environment, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and technical acumen to position Power Electronics as the preferred partner for Independent Power Producers (IPPs), developers, EPCs, OEMs, and system integrators. Your main duties will include:
10+ years of experience in sales within power generation, energy storage, or power delivery industries. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing complex deals in competitive markets. Deep understanding of solar and storage technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Strong technical acumen to communicate value propositions and product advantages effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Office 365; MBA or engineering background preferred. This position is remote but ideally based in New York, Kansas City, or Chicago, with openness to travel across the East and West Coast as needed.
