Managing Director, Platform Delivery & Outsourcing Strategy (Accounting Systems & Integrations)

We are seeking a Managing Director, Platform Delivery & Outsourcing Strategy (Accounting Systems & Integrations) to lead the design and execution of a centralized, hybrid delivery model supporting Sage Intacct, Ramp, Sage X3, and data migration services across the firm. This is a highly visible leadership role for a delivery?focused professional who brings together accounting judgment, ERP expertise, and operational excellence.

As the Managing Director, Platform Delivery & Outsourcing Strategy, you will:

• Design and implement an outsourced and hybrid delivery model supporting Sage Intacct, Ramp, Sage X3, and data migration services across Cherry Bekaert
• Identify delivery workstreams suitable for outsourcing (such as data migration, configuration, testing, cleanup, and recurring support) and define clear scope boundaries
• Establish standardized delivery processes, documentation, and handoff models to ensure consistent quality and execution
• Drive measurable reductions in delivery cost per engagement while maintaining Cherry Bekaert quality standards
• Partner with practice leaders to align delivery models with pricing, margin targets, and client expectations
• Oversee delivery execution for accounting system implementations and integrations, serving as an escalation point for complex delivery issues
• Ensure delivery approaches support correct accounting treatment, data integrity, and audit readiness
• Apply CPA?level accounting judgment to guide system configuration, integrations, and data migration decisions
• Build, train, and manage outsourced and hybrid delivery teams, including development of training materials, playbooks, and quality controls
• Collaborate closely with platform practice leaders and sales teams to align delivery capacity with go?to?market strategy and engagement scoping

What you bring to the role:

• Deep experience delivering Sage Intacct implementations and accounting system solutions
• Strong accounting foundation with CPA strongly preferred
• Proven leadership of complex, multi?client delivery efforts across platforms and services
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and operationalize scalable delivery models
• A strong process?driven mindset with a focus on standardization and efficiency
• Experience building or managing offshore or outsourced delivery teams (preferred)
• Exposure to Ramp, Sage X3, and/or large?scale data migration initiatives (preferred)
• Background in professional services delivery leadership or managed services (preferred)

The salary range for this position is listed below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range:

$214,600 - $252,146
