We're Recruiting for a Litigation Associate in Houston, TX (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office) with significant litigation experience in the areas of health law, premises defense, and employment litigation to join a growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of litigation experience and will provide thoughtful and focused advocacy and have successfully defended clients at each stage of the litigation process.

The below qualifications are required:

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and in good standing
• Admission to Texas state bar and in good standing
• Significant litigation experience (7+ years), including first chair experience
• Experience in the areas of health law - premises defense and employment litigation a plus
• Strong legal writing skills
• Ability to interface directly with clients
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team
• Outstanding judgment

• COMPENSATION: $190,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience, plus the potential to earn significant quarterly bonuses based on productivity.
