Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Administrator

Houston, TX | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Full-Time, Permanent

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Administrator to own and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role at the intersection of HR and IT, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, rapid execution, and real system ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead administrator for Oracle Fusion HCM
• Manage configuration, access, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
• Partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes in a hands-on manner
• Support innovation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM strongly preferred
• (Workday experience also considered)
• Strong aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a low-bureaucracy environment
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Industry experience is not required, though exposure to operational or dynamic environments is a plus.

Schedule & Location

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day per week
• Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with flexibility outside core hours
• Houston, TX (local candidates only)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 – $135,000
• 25 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays
