Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires from offer acceptance to start date
• Manage onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Schedule pre employment processes such as medical exams and background checks
• Maintain accurate records and onboarding status updates
• Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders
