Mid-Senior Recruiter – Offshore Drilling Experience Required

Houston, Texas (must be onsite 4 days a week, 1 day at home of their choice)

• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects focused on offshore drilling and energy sector roles, delivering top-tier talent solutions for our clients.
• Manage multiple mid-senior level hiring engagements, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with client needs.
• Develop and leverage networks within the offshore drilling industry to source, attract, and engage specialized talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, providing consultative recruitment expertise.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including market research and proactive headhunting, to identify candidates for niche drilling and engineering roles.
• Provide guidance and market insights to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, methodologies, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to support strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

You'll bring:

• 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with a strong track record in offshore drilling or energy sector hiring.
• Deep understanding of technical and operational demands in offshore drilling, including compliance and safety standards.
• Strong network within the industry, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and social media sourcing.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Comfort working in a collaborative office environment in Houston, with four days onsite and one day remote.
