About who needs care: I have fallen 3 times in the past 3 months fracturing bones in my left leg and last fall fractured a disc vertebrae in my back. Currently have PT and OT visits but I need more than that.
About the care needs: Down to Earth, patient, be in decent physical shape so they can spot me and not drop me
Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
