EV Charging Sales Representative

Description:

Ensol EV is a fast-growing electric vehicle infrastructure company specializing in EV charging installation, service, and development. We partner with commercial clients, developers, CPO's, Dealerships and municipalities to deliver high-impact EV infrastructure and equipment solutions across Texas.

We are looking for a driven sales professional to expand our presence in the Houston, Dallas, and Austin markets. This role is for someone who takes initiative, goes after opportunities, and knows how to close deals.


Position Overview

This is a high-impact sales role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing EV infrastructure and equipment deals. You will be responsible for creating opportunities and converting them into signed projects.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business in Houston, Dallas and Austin
  • Build relationships with property owners, developers, general contractors, dealerships, CPO's and business owners
  • Sell EV charging infrastructure, equipment, and related services
  • Drive deals from first contact to close
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Work closely with internal teams and Partners to develop proposals and close efficiently


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, especially in outbound or new business development
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, electrical, equipment sales, or related industries is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Bilingual Preferred
