Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and representing Simon Printing's full suite of capabilities with professionalism and expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new commercial accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct client meetings to understand print needs and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with internal production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Stay up to date on print technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape


Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (print industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to understand technical print specifications and translate them for clients
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic office software


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or packaging services
  • A book of business or existing client relationships in relevant industries
  • Familiarity with quoting software or print management systems
