Role Description

This role is in Houston, TX for an Associate Attorney specializing in First Party Insurance. The position is full-time, on-site, and salaried with bonus structure. The total compensation package ranges based on qualifications and experience but would fall within $75,000 to $105,000 annually. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing first-party insurance claim cases, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and collaborating with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes. The role may also involve court appearances, case preparation, and client correspondence to ensure effective case management.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and Client Management
  • Strong Negotiation skills for dispute resolution
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Ideal Candidates
