Primarily supervises front desk team members to ensure monitoring an efficient operation for producing effective feedback to colleagues and guest satisfaction. Displays a professional and courteous manner to all employees, arriving, departing, in-house guest by providing anticipatory service. Front Office Supervisor inspires, motivates, guides, and oversees the team while sharing knowledge to the front office associates. Is responsible for ensuring hotel charges processed diligently to guest's accounts, invoices are accurate, direct billing, and billing instructions are verified. Front Office Supervisor will ensure that all guests are satisfied and display excellent customer service.
