What you'll be doing

• Lead HR delivery across multiple sites, driving consistency and operational effectiveness
• Coach and develop HR team members, strengthening capability and leadership depth
• Remove operational bottlenecks and enhance HR processes and systems
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence both day-to-day outcomes and broader people strategy

What you'll bring

• Proven HR leadership experience with hands-on delivery in lean environments
• Strong generalist background with the ability to operate across the full HR lifecycle
• Experience building or scaling HR functions within SME or mid-sized organisations
• Commercial mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve outcomes
