FP&A Manager (Individual Contributor)

West Houston | Hybrid

We're supporting a West Houston–based organization in the search for an FP&A Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, with meaningful ownership and visibility.

Highlights

• True Individual Contributor role (no direct reports)
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling end to end
• Present insights and recommendations directly to leadership
• Partner closely with FP&A leadership and an FP&A Analyst

Ideal Profile

• 8+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experience
• Has owned full forecast and budget cycles
• Strong modeler who can clearly communicate findings
• Public company experience a plus

Systems

• Advanced Excel required
• Oracle HFM, Essbase, or EPM Planning experience strongly preferred
