TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator

Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr (based on experience)

Alltex is currently seeking a skilled TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Swiss-type CNC machining and a strong understanding of TSUGAMI equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate TSUGAMI screw machines to produce high-precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating TSUGAMI or similar Swiss-type CNC machines
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime available on an as-needed basis
