A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within manufacturing.2. Proven experience in developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.3. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication equipment, as well as maintenance techniques and best practices.4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and high performance.5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.6. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.7. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant technologies.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.9. High level of flexibility, with the ability to handle emergency maintenance tasks as required.10. Strong budget management skills, with the ability to ensure cost-effectiveness in maintenance operations.11.
